Welcome to February everyone. As we wait out the big Snowpocalypse of 2011, the big Snowtorious B.I.G. – I wanted to gift you with a more gentle take on winter. Hanging out on the very same Mackinaw River for the second month – albeit a few miles further downriver this time – I give you a peaceful repose of a winter’s day at sunset. It’s only 28 days to March – and you know what March has in it – doncha? It has more snow and stuff… but eventually it has spring. And that can’t be all bad.

Enough is enough – just go to it would ya – in one of nine designer sizes. Don’t see a size you want? TOUGH! Suck it up. I can’t help it if I have an old Blackberry… Either that or let me know what you’d like to see. Oh – and before you go – I’ll stick you with a quote from Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale* to take you out:

When daffodils begin to peer,
With heigh! the doxy over the dale,
Why, then comes in the sweet o’ the year;
For the red blood reigns in the winter’s pale.
The Winter’s Tale, 4. 2

Mobile versions:

* – just so you know, the Illinois Shakespeare Festival is doing The Winter’s Tale this summer, along with Romeo & Juliet, and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged). Great Shakespeare – tickets are on sale now.
